Terms & Conditions

Check-in: Check-in time is from 12:00 pm. A valid government-issued ID must be presented upon check-in. If a guest fails to provide proper identification, the hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in.

Check-out: Check-out time is 11:00 pm. Late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability and additional charges.

Reservations: Reservations can be made by phone or online booking through our website or through any valid booking portal. Reservations are confirmed only upon full payment of tariff.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to the scheduled check-in date to avoid penalty charges. In the event of a no-show, a penalty fee equal to the first night’s stay will be charged.

Transportation: The Hotel can provide transportation – pick up and drop from airport / railway station / bus station and also for local commute at an additional fee

Payment: All major credit cards are accepted. Payment through UPI and Cash is also accepted, subject to applicable taxes.

Restaurant: The hotel’s restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Room service is also available during restaurant hours. All check-in guests receive complimentary breakfast. If you have any specific dietary preferences, please inform the manager a day in advance.

Room Service: Room service is available from 7.00 am to 11.00 pm. The restaurant serves both vegetarian  and non vegetarian menu.
